Finance Minister of Maharashtra State Ajit Pawar released the budget 2024-25 on 28 June 2024, in which he announced the launch of Maharashtra Ladli Behna Scheme 2024 to provide financial assistance of Rs 1500 every month to women from economically weaker sections of the state. Through this scheme, all women from economically weaker sections of the state between 18 years to 60 years will be provided financial assistance of Rs 1500 every month through a transfer to their bank account.
