Rabi Narayan Naik, Minister of Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department of Odisha State, on Monday, 19 August 2024, launched Odisha Antyodaya Gruha Yojana 2024 to provide their own pucca house to the low-income homeless citizens of the state who are economically weak.
Through this scheme, the citizens of the state who have not been able to get housing facilities from Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana despite being eligible and the citizens whose houses have been destroyed due to fire, elephant attack, or other natural disasters, such citizens will be provided the facility of pucca house.
Under this scheme, financial assistance or free pucca housing will be provided to the poor citizens of the state to get the house built.
